I went back to Walmart, spoke with one of the gentleman that works in the service center who told me that no one would be able to help me until Monday. I was very unhappy with that because I really value my truck that I pay over 900.00 a month to be able to drive every day if I'd like. I shop at this Walmart at least three times a week. I WILL NEVER recommend any onto ever use Walmart service center. In the future I will not be shopping there for any of my needs.
The following Friday, Dec 13, I went to Discount Tires in Southfield, MI and got 2 more tires for the front. Those guys there was very nice. They offer you coffee and bottled water while you wait in their comfortable chairs. Your loss Walmart!! If I can help it, I will never go to the Walmart Service Center on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, MI again. They really need to learn how to treat their customers. I don't understand why they don't tell you what your bill is up front before you even get the work done. They just give you a ticket and you come back and have to pay whatever they write up. To me that is bad business Walmart!
Walmart servive center on Morse Rd , Columbus Ohio refused to honor the “Lifetime Tire Rotation?Balance” and charged for this service a second time when car was returned. The signs clearly state “Lifetime Rotation/Balance” as does the web page. I have filed a complaint. We will see what happens.
Only one attendant trying to service a very long line at Walmart Customer Service Center. Only one of the three registers was open despite the long line of people trying to send MoneyGrams and return merchandise. Roswell manager Lance McAlister should open another register when the lines are backed up to the main check out lines.
